iPAQ H3950/H3955 Version 1.10 ROM Fix to Restore Clock Speed for HP iPAQ Pocket PC h3950 Type: Software - Solutions This SoftPaq contains a utility only for the specific iPAQ models listed below to restore the clock speed to 400 MHz. IMPORTANT: This softpaq should only be used on iPAQ H3950 and 3955 units that have ROM version 1.10 installed. This is only a workaround. The changes made by this patch will be lost if a hard reset is performed and will have to be reloaded. A new ROM version will be posted soon with a permanent fix.
