Update resolves issue that causes tinted pages when scanning with the ADF for HP Scanjet 5550c This update resolves a problem where page imperfections may be exaggerated which causes a tint (usually either blue or gray) to appear. This particular problem only occurs with scans performed using the ADF; scans performed using the scanner glass should appear normal. Once you download and double click on this file, it will create a c:col10179 folder on your hard drive and then start the install.
