Two parties are on a call. A third party calls the first party. While the first party hears a call waiting tone, the second party gets temporarily muted. In such a scenario, the second party may assume that the call is disconnected. This softpaq resolves this issue and the call does not get muted. This package updates only the products supporting the following SKU IDs or Product IDs: FA986AA#AC4 and FA990AA#AC4. To find the SKU ID or Product ID on the iPAQ device, tap Start > Settings > System > HP Asset Viewer > System.
